Commercial
Commercial Lot Contract — Petoskey
Seasonal plow and salt contract for a multi-tenant retail lot, cleared before 7am on every event.
Project Overview
A multi-tenant retail property needed a single vendor to handle plowing, salting, and sidewalks before tenants opened each morning. We built a seasonal contract around their opening hours and ran priority dispatch through two major storm events.
