Hydroseeding
Hydroseeding mixes grass seed, mulch, tackifier, and starter fertilizer into a slurry that we spray directly onto prepared soil. It costs less than sod, establishes a more resilient root system, and lets us cover large or oddly-shaped areas in a fraction of the time of traditional seeding.
Erosion Control
Bare, disturbed, or sloped soil washes out fast. We apply hydromulch and erosion-control blankets rated for the grade and rainfall you're dealing with, so the ground holds through the first storm while new growth takes over.
Lawn Renovation
Thin, patchy, or storm-damaged lawns don't always need a full tear-out. We overseed and hydroseed problem areas to rebuild thick, even turf without the cost and mess of re-sodding the whole yard.
New Construction Seeding
Builders use us as the final step after grading — fast, affordable turf cover that satisfies site plans and stormwater requirements, timed to your closing schedule.
Slope & Ditch Stabilization
Steep grades, ditches, and berms need more than seed and hope. We engineer straw and wood-fiber mulch blankets specifically for the slope and exposure you're working with.
Native & Wildflower Mixes
For shoreline buffers, natural areas, and pollinator-friendly landscaping, we offer low-maintenance native grass and wildflower seed mixes suited to Northern Michigan conditions.
